Etruscan files preliminary short form prospectus

Etruscan Resources Inc., is a gold focused Canadian junior mining company, has filed a preliminary short form prospectus in conjunction with a marketed offering of units of the company.
The company has plans to offer the unit through a syndicate of underwriters led by CIBC World Markets Inc. The proposed offering is being made pursuant to a short form prospectus filed with the securities regulators in all of the provinces of Canada except Quebec. The offering is subject to normal regulatory approvals.
The company will used the raised for the exploration activities on the Youga Gold Project, and on its properties in West Africa and Namibia and for general corporate purposes.
