Noront & Probe enter discussion regarding McFaulds Lake Area

Probe Mines Limited (Probe) has recently made public statements concerning its discussions with Noront Resources Ltd. (Noront) regarding the property known as McFauld’s West.

Noront confirms that it has had some discussions with Probe regarding the potential disposition by Probe of all of its land holdings in the McFauld’s Lake area.

Noront advises, however, that these discussions are at a preliminary stage and there can be no certainty that a transaction between the parties will be successfully concluded.

Noront Resources Ltd. is a Toronto-based exploration-stage junior resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of base and precious metals properties.

The Company is focused on its significant nickel-copper-platinum-palladium discovery at the Double Eagle project in Ontario, Canada and its Windfall Lake advanced gold project in Quebec, Canada.
