Golden Share Mining hires new CFO

Golden Share Mining Corporation announces the appointment of Mrs. Isabelle Gauthier to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Gauthier brings over 12 years of experience in financial accounting and auditing.

Mrs Gauthier, completed a B.A. in Administration from Universite du Quebec a Montreal (UQAM) and is member of the Ordre des Comptables Agrees du Quebec since 1998.

She worked for Raymond, Chabot, Grant, Thornton a chartered accountant firm as an auditor from 1996 to 2006. Through her involvement in various assignments, she acquired a solid experience in management and financial reporting.

In 2004 and 2005, she acted as the principal director in SearchGold Resources audits, which allowed her to acquire a specific experience in the mining industry.

This appointment reflects Golden Share’s intention to build a solid management team for the development of the Company as the technical teams are getting ready to intensify the exploration activities on our Quebec and Ontario properties.
