Adroit agreed private placement for $1,002,792.50

Adroit Resources Inc.announces that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, the Company has received agreements for a total of C$1,002,792.50 for 5,013,962 units of one share and one whole warrant by way of private placement in Europe, organised by the Company.

Each whole warrant will be for three years, transferable, and entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for C$0.50 in the first year and C$0.60 in the two subsequent years. Finder’s fees may be paid to arms length parties in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policy with respect to the private placement.

The proceeds of this private placement will be used for general working capital, current obligations and the development of mineral properties.
