Iron Creek announces receipt of conditional approval

Iron Creek Capital Corp. announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally approved the acquisition by the Corporation of all of the issued and outstanding securities and debt of Compania Minera Mena Resources (Chile) Limitada (Mena Chile). Mena Chile is an indirect subsidiary of Rusoro Mining Ltd., a public mining and exploration company whose shares trade on the Exchange.
Concurrent with the closing of the Acquisition, the Corporation intends to complete the previously announced private placement of up to 6,500,000 units, at a price of $0.265 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $1,722,500.
The Common Shares are currently halted from trading in accordance with the policies of the Exchange.
