Sunridge appoints new director

Sunridge Gold Corp. announces that Mr. Stephen T. Gatley, General Manager, Technical Support and Evaluations for Lundin Mining Corporation, has been appointed to the board of directors of Sunridge, replacing Mr. Richard Clark, who has resigned from the Board. Sunridge would like to thank Mr. Clark for his contributions to the Sunridge Board. Lundin Mining is Sunridge’s largest shareholder owning approximately 17% of the outstanding shares of the Company.
Mr. Gatley is a qualified mining engineer with over 25 years experience in the base metals field. He has considerable experience in the management of mine operations and mine development projects, and international experience in Europe, Africa and South America. In his current role with Lundin Mining Mr. Gatley provides corporate level technical support and project evaluation services. Mr. Gatley is a director of Lundin Mining UK Ltd. and Union Resources Ltd.
Sunridge Gold Corp. is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, discovery and development of precious and base metal projects. The Company has 51.6 million common shares outstanding and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SGC.
