In metals markets on Monday, gold dropped 4.4 percent to $584.60 per troy ounce, its first drop below the $600.00 level since June. Meanwhile, Copper was 4.5 percent lower to $7,460.50 per tonne and nickel dropped 1.6 percent to $27,500 per tonne.
